Shipping & Processing
We process orders seven days a week, excluding holidays. Orders typically ship within a few days of purchase unless overnight or next day shipping is selected by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
VITA COLLAGE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If your package is missing, please:

Damaged Shipments
